Project verification
Every offering is tied to an identified project. Supply contracts, off-takers, purchase orders, suppliers, storage, logistics, corporate documents and financial records are checked and the verification record is published on the project page.
Escrow and custody
Investor funds are recorded against the escrow, trustee or custody arrangement configured for the project. Funds are only released when the configured conditions — such as verified payment, signed agreement and compliance approval — are satisfied.
Insurance
Where insurance is arranged for a project, the insurer, policy number, coverage type, insured amount and validity period are published. Insurance covers only the stated risks and never guarantees an investment.
KYC and AML
Investors complete identity verification before an investment is activated. Source-of-funds declarations, sanctions and PEP screening, and suspicious-activity review are part of the onboarding and monitoring process.
Legal agreements
Each investment produces a digital investment agreement covering the project, amount, duration, projected return, maturity date, escrow and insurance arrangements, risk disclosure, exit conditions and dispute resolution. Signatures are timestamped and stored.
Certificates and audit trail
Activated investments receive an ENELIN Energy Investment Certificate with a unique verification code. Payments, escrow movements, stage changes and administrative actions are recorded in an immutable audit trail.

These details are published only once confirmed by ENELIN administrators. Fields marked as pending have not been verified and should not be relied upon.
