Registered company details, data-protection contact address and any regulator registration numbers are pending confirmation by ENELIN administrators and will be published here once confirmed.

What we collect

• Enquiry details — company name, contact name, email, phone, delivery location, volume and frequency you enter on the quote form.
• Account details — your email, name, company and phone number if you create a portal account.
• Transaction records — quotations, orders, delivery details, payment notifications and support messages you exchange with us.
• Technical data — information your browser sends when loading pages, used to keep the service working and secure.

Why we use it

We use your information to price and fulfil diesel supply, schedule and confirm deliveries, issue invoices and receipts, respond to support requests, and keep records required for accounting and audit. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

Who can see it

Inside the portal, you can only see your own enquiries, quotations, orders, payments, contracts and tickets. Authorised ENELIN staff can see operational records in order to serve you. Internal notes kept by staff are never shown to customers. Access is enforced at the database level, not only in the interface.

Processors we rely on

The website, database, authentication and hosting are provided by our technology providers, who process data on our instructions in order to run the service. We share your information with third parties only where it is needed to deliver fuel, take payment, or comply with the law.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and account records are kept while your relationship with us is active. Transaction records (quotations, orders, invoices, payments) are retained for as long as accounting and tax rules require, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything inaccurate — you can also edit your own profile.
• Ask us to delete data we are not required to keep, or to stop contacting you about offers.

Send any request through the contact page or raise a ticket in the portal, and we will confirm what we have done.

Cookies and local storage

We use only what the site needs to function: your browser stores a sign-in session so you stay logged in between pages. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Clearing your browser storage signs you out.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page. Material changes affecting existing customers will also be communicated through the portal.
