Terms of use
These terms cover use of this website and the ENELIN customer portal. Individual supply arrangements are governed by the quotation, order confirmation or supply contract issued to you.
Company registration details, governing-law jurisdiction and standard commercial terms are pending confirmation by ENELIN administrators and will be published here once confirmed.
Using this site
You may use this website and portal for genuine business enquiries and to manage your own fuel supply with us. You must not attempt to access other customers' records, interfere with the service, or submit information you are not authorised to share.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe an account has been compromised so we can revoke access.
Quotations and orders
- Submitting a quote request is an enquiry, not a contract. Nothing is priced until we send you a quotation.
- A quotation is valid until the date shown on it. Diesel is a commodity: prices move, and an expired quotation may be re-priced.
- Accepting a quotation in the portal is your instruction to us to raise an order for that volume, price and location.
- An order becomes binding once we confirm it. Volumes are metered at discharge, and the metered figure recorded on the delivery note is the figure invoiced.
Delivery
Delivery windows are agreed in advance and confirmed before dispatch. Access, safe off-loading conditions and a person authorised to receive fuel are your responsibility. Where circumstances outside our control (road closures, security incidents, weather, supply disruption) affect a delivery, we will tell you and agree a revised window.
Payment
Payment terms are those stated on your quotation, order confirmation or supply contract. Payment notifications submitted in the portal are records of what you have told us; they are marked confirmed only after our finance team verifies receipt. Invoices and receipts are available in the portal.
Accuracy of information
We keep the content of this site accurate and current, but service descriptions are general and do not amount to a commitment on price, availability or specification. Only a written quotation or contract from ENELIN does that.
Availability of the portal
We aim to keep the portal available at all times but may need to take it offline for maintenance or updates. The portal is a record-keeping and coordination tool; urgent operational matters should also be raised with us directly.
